About this Course

This 4-month mindfulness series offers a space to pause, reconnect, and cultivate greater ease within yourself and in relationship with others. Each 60-minute session explores a different theme through guided practice, reflection, and discussion. You’ll learn simple, practical tools to support greater awareness and well-being in daily life. An optional 15-minute “office hour” follows each session for additional questions and sharing. Join a single workshop as an introduction to mindfulness or attend the full series to deepen your understanding and experience the benefits of ongoing practice. Suitable for beginners and anyone wishing to refresh or deepen their practice. Understanding the Mind: Relating to Thoughts This session focuses on becoming more aware of thinking patterns and exploring our relationship to thoughts. Through simple and engaging exercises—such as noticing and gently labeling thoughts—you’ll learn to observe the mind with more clarity and less judgment. Guided meditations will include awareness of sounds and thoughts, helping you develop steadiness and perspective. This workshop supports greater ease in responding to worry, overthinking, and mental busyness.
