About this Course

This new free program series is designed for newcomers who have arrived in the province within the past five years, as well as anyone who feels they would benefit from newcomer support services. Welcome to the Newcomer Scavenger Hunt! Before the game begins, participants will be divided into teams. Each team will have a hunt guide to help lead the way. Your team's mission is to find all the designated locations and take a photo at each one. The first team to complete the scavenger hunt and submit all the required photos will win a UNA gift pack for every team member. Please note: The game involves approximately 3 kilometres of walking or running outdoors around the UBC campus. Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable walking shoes. After the game, everyone is invited to enjoy a sandwich lunch together. Good luck, have fun, and enjoy exploring the UBC campus!
