About this Course

Sound is an excellent way to reach a deep meditative state where the mind and body can heal itself. In this class you will be guided through a sound healing meditation adapted to the needs of the participants. Klára de Luz has been doing sound healing sessions for four years, using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum, wind chimes and rattle to offer a unique experience to her participants.
