December 10 Topic: Decluttering for Mental Health Want a fresh start for your home for the upcoming New Year? A refreshed physical space can help your mental well-being. And beyond cleaning up, a declutter is a place where you can reflect on your priorities, and set goals for the future. This workshop helps to guide you through this very personal process with decluttering tips and reflective, values-aligned exercises. If you've been wanting to declutter but weren't sure where to start, or have been curious about minimal living, this workshop is for you. About Facilitator: Wren Zhu is a campus resident and has been living minimally since 2015, and has long held an interest in the relationship people cultivate with their living spaces. She works in mental health with a particular focus on providing care for neurodivergent individuals.
