About this Course

In this Cardio Core Bootcamp class, participants will focus on cardio exercises that get their heart rate up and their blood pumping. Exercises may include jumping jacks, mountain climbers, burpees, sit ups and high knees. This class will help build endurance and increase cardiovascular health. Sylvia's fitness programs are designed to provide a high-intensity workout that is safe for all levels, effective, and fun. She is committed to helping participants achieve their fitness goals while fostering a sense of community and belonging. Sylvia believes that exercise should be an enjoyable experience that improves overall well-being, and the program is designed to do just that.
