
A fun and active class to get kids moving to energetic hip-hop beats with mix of cardio, strength and stretching. Students build body awareness, improve balance, and develop flexibility to strengthen core muscles, increase confidence, and encourage proper posture, while keeping the energy high and the atmosphere playful. Students work toward achieving spits and backbends as skills grow. Pair this class with the K-Pop/Hip Hop session for an even more enriching experience. No prior experience required.
