On June 21, for National Indigenous Peoples Day, we recognize and celebrate the history, heritage, resilience and diversity of First Nations, Inuit and Métis across Canada. In her live storytelling performance, Kung Jaadee shares her telling of a few famous Haida and Squamish legends. Free Bannock and additional activities will also be included. Volunteers will assist with setting up chairs, serving Bannock, and leading activities such as a colouring table, raffle table, and field games in the park before the performance begins. No experience required.
