Join monthly seminars on Safety and Preparedness. This is a volunteer-led program. Registration is required. November 26: Advance Care Planning 101 with Vancouver Coastal Health - Community Engagement Advisory Network (CEAN) Advance care planning helps you, and the people you trust, prepare for future health-care decisions. This session will help you think and talk about your wishes and who would make decisions for you if you cannot. You will learn about why Advance Care Planning is important for everyone and how to do it!
