About this Course

Aqua Fit is similar to a regular workout class where there is a warm up, cardiovascular aspect, and strengthening and flexibility except it takes place under the water! These classes are led by a certified instructor and consist of music to keep you motivated, and variations for each exercise. These classes are fun and invigorating, and are a great opportunity to gain a sense of community while exercising. All classes are suitable for all levels of exerciser, all mobility levels, and all swim levels. **PLEASE NOTE: THESE AQUAFIT CLASSES ARE OFFERED AT THE BALMORAL, IN THEIR POOL FACILITY, IF YOU ARE NOT A PART OF BALMORAL STRATA, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS CLASS**
