Taking care of our well-being has never been so important! Join Living with Change and Uncertainty, a 3-session webinar series to learn practical tools that support managing emotions, fostering healthy relationships and coping with the unique stressors of these times. Session 1- Science for Supporting Well-Being This session provides an overview of what mental health is and the science of mindfulness as a practice to navigate change and uncertainty of these times. We begin to explore the focus of attention through two trauma-sensitive, guided practices and an animated video. Includes an introduction to the science behind why and how mindfulness can support self-care.
