Youth Bootcamp for Athletes is a strength and conditioning program for young athletes ages 12-16. Hanif, one of UNA's elite personal trainers and group fitness instructors at UNA, has developed a team-based training environment. In these training camps, young athletes will come together twice a week to train for their specific sport, build self confidence and self esteem, and learn to foster a healthy lifestyle. Your young athlete will receive a strength and conditioning program tailored to their goals to improve strength, endurance, speed, power, flexibility, and overall improvement in their sport.
