About this Course

In this gentle class, exercises will be done while sitting or standing holding onto a chair. We will focus on improving mobility, strengthening muscles, and balancing the mind and body. This class is suitable for people of any physical ability, we welcome you at whatever level you are at. Please bring water, a yoga mat, and stretchy clothes. **THIS CLASS WILL HAVE A VIRTUAL HYBRID OPTION.
