About this Course

This 4-month mindfulness series offers a space to pause, reconnect, and cultivate greater ease within yourself and in relationship with others. Each 60-minute session explores a different theme through guided practice, reflection, and discussion. You’ll learn simple, practical tools to support greater awareness and well-being in daily life. An optional 15-minute “office hour” follows each session for additional questions and sharing. Join a single workshop as an introduction to mindfulness or attend the full series to deepen your understanding and experience the benefits of ongoing practice. Suitable for beginners and anyone wishing to refresh or deepen their practice. Intro to Mindfulness: Finding Your Anchor This welcoming session introduces the foundations of mindfulness in a simple, practical way. Together, we’ll explore what mindfulness is (and isn’t), and how to establish a steady “home base” using the body, breath, and other anchors. You’ll be guided through gentle practices to help settle the mind and nervous system, and connect with the present moment. We’ll also create a supportive group environment with clear guidelines and a chance to reflect on what brings you here.
