Yoga can help you get in shape, improve range of motion, release muscle tightness, and reduce stress. In this course, you will learn essential yoga poses and the alignments will be addressed. The focus is on mindful movements in standing and floor postures to develop strength, focus and control. Poses variations and modifications will be offered to ensure students can work at their own level.
