About this Course

This 4-month mindfulness series offers a space to pause, reconnect, and cultivate greater ease within yourself and in relationship with others. Each 60-minute session explores a different theme through guided practice, reflection, and discussion. You’ll learn simple, practical tools to support greater awareness and well-being in daily life. An optional 15-minute “office hour” follows each session for additional questions and sharing. Join a single workshop as an introduction to mindfulness or attend the full series to deepen your understanding and experience the benefits of ongoing practice. Suitable for beginners and anyone wishing to refresh or deepen their practice. Cultivating Kindness: Opening the Heart Building on the foundations developed throughout the series, you’ll be introduced to a gentle and powerful practice that supports the cultivation of goodwill toward yourself and others. We’ll explore phrases and intentions that support warmth, care, and connection. This practice can help soften self-criticism, strengthen resilience, and nurture a sense of belonging. Whether you’re new or continuing from previous sessions, this workshop offers a meaningful way to integrate mindfulness into daily life through kindness.
