About this Course

Learn Japanese embroidery. You will become familiar with Sashiko, a traditional Japanese hand-stitching embroidery technique. Wagara refers to different types of Japanese patterns that often decorate textiles and crafts. In this workshop, you will learn to hand stitch this beautiful and elegant style whether as a mindful practice, for decorative purposes or to mend items. No prior experience required. Material fees of $16 will be charged upon the registration.
