Improve mobility and body awareness with Fit Flow. You will enhance mobility while developing a mindful connection to movement and body care. Each session begins in Savasana to set the tone and cultivate awareness then eases into gentle warm-up stretches and practice centered around yoga asanas to improve flexibility, alignment, and body awareness. Bodyweight strength training is incorporated to build functional strength and stability, and concludes with cool down stretches and a final Savasana.
