Kyokushin Karate as a discipline provides the ideal combination of strength, stamina and flexibility training to improve physical and mental health. Each class will cover karate technique, conditioning, light cardio and stretching exercises. This is a combined class with Kyokushin Karate | Adults. All skill levels and abilities welcome.
