About this Course

Participants learn and practise the ancient art of Karate-Do to develop the fundamental skills of blocks, strikes, kicks and stances that characterize this martial art, while building self-confidence, self-control and self-defence. This class is for adults and teenagers (ages 11+). All participants are required to become members of Karate BC through Kumakai Karate Vancouver. There is an annual fee of $45 to $80, depending on age and belt level.
