Ready for a challenge? High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT for short) is one of the fastest ways to burn fat and get the lean. In HIIT, participants will give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short active recovery periods. HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle, and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout. Drop in: $15 Public, $13.50 for UNA/UBC
