About this Course

This is a fun and engaging program that uses the best of ballet, pilates, stretch and strength for full-body conditioning. Participants will become stronger, more flexible, increase their core-strength and improve their balance while experiencing movement and dance. Dance training is the best training for the body and is suitable for all fitness levels as well as for rehabilitation, injury prevention and pre-/post-natal fitness. Drop-In Available $15/session, space permitting
