About this Course

Participate in Osteofit from home! Osteofit is BC Women's certified exercise, education and falls prevention program for individuals with osteoporosis, low bone density or who are at risk of fractures and falls. Osteofit aims to provide safe and gentle exercises for individuals with minimal previous exercise experience. Equipment will be provided, pickup date and time will be announced closer to the start date. FOR SAFETY, YOUR CAMERA MUST BE ON DURING THE CLASS Space and equipment requirements: -A device with camera that connects to the internet (iPad, laptop) with the Zoom application downloaded -2m of space free of obstructions
